Where's the cloud!?!?!?

After seeing what my girl has affectionately dubbed "Mr. Dill", I decided that the cloud could wait. I'll leave the naming of my contribution to Mr. Ramirez. I do know that Mr. Dill and the other figure don't like each other. I believe Mr. Dill is jealous of the wonderfully wonderful bear hat...Oh yeah....the cloud's on a hidden layer....

Premise: In an attempt to concentrate on the creative process which happens amongst
two artist / friends, emerges a project to create / supplement an image limited to
adobe photoshop, a wacom tablet, and our brains

one image is created, then uploaded, then reworked to be passed back.
